Warehouse Late Shift Supervisor Location: Snetterton, Norfolk Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum Hours: Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Late Shift Supervisor to lead a small warehouse team on our afternoon/evening late shift. This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee the picking, packing, loading and dispatch of furniture, ensuring high standards of accuracy, quality and health & safety are maintained. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, motivate and support the late shift warehouse team. - Pick, pack and prepare goods for delivery. - Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and damage-free. - Oversee the safe loading of 3.5-tonne delivery vans. - Complete shift handovers and resolve any outstanding issues. - Maintain high housekeeping and health & safety standards. - Monitor team performance and delegate workloads effectively. - Support the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the warehouse. About You: - Previous experience supervising or managing a warehouse team. - Hands-on approach with strong leadership skills. - Physically fit and comfortable handling large furniture items. - Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy. - Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
