Warehouse Supervisor – Forklift (Counterbalance / Bendi) ?? Location: High Wycombe ?? Pay Rate: £14.41 per hour ?? Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ?? Contract: 12-week Temp to Perm About the Role We are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a well-established industrial distribution business specialising in cable and electrical products. This is a hands-on supervisory role, leading a warehouse team while also remaining operational on the floor. Excellent long-term prospects are available following a successful 12-week temporary period. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and support daily warehouse operations - Lead and motivate a small team of warehouse operatives - Ensure picking, packing, and dispatch targets are met - Operate Counterbalance forklifts (essential) and Bendi / Narrow Aisle (preferred) - Maintain stock accuracy and warehouse organisation - Enforce health & safety procedures and housekeeping standards - Support training and onboarding of new staff Requirements - Valid Counterbalance forklift licence (essential) - Bendi / Narrow Aisle forklift certificate (highly desirable) - Previous warehouse supervisory or team leader experience - Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role - Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills - Reliable, punctual, and proactive What’s on Offer - £14.41 per hour, paid weekly - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM - 12-week Temp to Perm opportunity - Stable hours and long-term permanent prospects - Supportive and professional working environment If you’re an experienced warehouse team leader or supervisor with forklift licences and are looking for a secure, long-term opportunity, apply today or contact Pertemps Heathrow for more details. |  |  |  |
