Temporary to permanent contract after 12 weeks probation, starting on £14.25ph-£22.09ph. 4on4off rota working 12-hour shifts 7pm-7am. Immediate Start! This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced logistics environment. As a transport administrator you will be: - Briefing and debriefing drivers - Being the first point of contact for all drivers, ensuring all queries are fed back to. - Be accountable for Legal o-license compliance. - Operational excellence i.e. cost, service including Peak planning & delivery. - Provide the highest level of customer care, finding resolutions and the escalation of live issues. - The monitoring of all routes ensuring routes are running on time and escalating to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate. - Conduct Daily administration tasks in relation to payroll systems, payroll queries holidays etc. What we'relooking for: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ideally experience in a busy transport environment or a strong administrative background. - Strong organisational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office)  Pleaseemail your CV to Nick.Rowlatt@pertemps.co.uk Â |  |  |  |
