Trainee Operations Manager - Aylesbury Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Trainee Operations Manager for our Distribution client based outside of Aylesbury. Pertemps is looking to speak to newly graduated candidates or someone that is looking for a career change. To work closely with the current Operations Manager to learn all aspects of the business from Warehousing, Operational Planning, Finance, Forecasting, and Strategy Planning. Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 pm Salay £26,500 (with a plan to increase once duties have been learnt) In time the role will then develop into managing the UK office and the following duties: " Operations Leadership " Financial Performance " Team Development " Compliance " Stock Management Requirements: " You will be someone keen to develop and learn about how to manage a depot and all aspects of the operation. " You will be a confident leader with great communication and interpersonal skills to help motivate the team " Your organisational and time management skills will be excellent as you drive the team forward by improving performance and sales whilst effectively controlling costs.
