Job Title: Trainee Administrator (Temporary to permanent ) Location: Birmingham Pay: £12.50 - £13.50 Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm  About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Birmingham team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and attention to detail who enjoys working in a busy and varied environment. Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant person or department. - Greet and assist guests at reception, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. - Manage incoming and outgoing post. - Monitor and respond to the email inbox, directing queries appropriately. - Support Project Managers by assisting with the management and completion of ongoing projects. - Handle new enquiries promptly and professionally. - Type quotes and raise survey requests and work orders. - Liaise with Project Managers and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Skills & Experience: - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Previous administrative of a year as this is an entry level position  What We Offer: - A supportive and collaborative working environment. - Opportunities for growth and professional development. - Convenient Birmingham location with accessible transport links.
