Trade Counter Sales Position Location: Nuneaton Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From £25,500 + commission Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability(must be flexible as Saturday shifts may be included) Experience: 1 year of customer-facing experience required About the Role We're looking to recruit a friendly and motivated individual to join our clients busy trade counter and bathroom showroom team in Nuneaton. This is a varied role dealing directly with trade professionals as well as members of the public, providing high levels of service and support across plumbing and bathroom products. Key Responsibilities Assisting customers in the showroom and at the trade counter Managing stock levels and goods received Handling payments, including cash and card transactions Answering customer queries in person and over the phone Providing product advice, quotations, and support for both trade and retail customers Ensuring the showroom and counter areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented Supporting day-to-day operations of the depot What We’re Looking For  Excellent customer service and communication skills Confident and polite telephone manner Previous experience in a customer-facing or retail role (minimum 1 year required) Trade experience is desirable but not essential Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and well-organised Benefits Commission pay based on performance Workplace pension scheme Free on-site parking Supportive working environment with long-term career potential Please apply now to be considered for this role.Â |  |  |  |
