We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join a leading media firm in the heart of London's West End for a 2-week temporary assignment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist or someone with strong customer service and administration skills who is available for an immediate temporary role.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for the business, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and professional welcome for visitors, clients and colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is always presentable
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Handling general enquiries and providing assistance where required
- Managing visitor sign-in and access procedures
- Supporting with meeting room bookings and preparations
- Liaising with internal teams and external visitors
- Assisting with general administrative duties as needed
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and professional
- Confident communicating with people at all levels
- Well organised and reliable
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Able to use initiative and work independently
- Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience is desirable
