We are seeking a professional and impeccably organised Procurement Assistant to join a fast-paced, high-touch environment. This role demands a professional with a background in luxury hospitality-ideally from high-end restaurants or five-star hotels-who understands the nuances of discretion, service excellence, and anticipatory support.
Your hospitality experience will be key in navigating interactions, curating elevated experiences, and maintaining a polished presence in every engagement.
Role Requirements
- Liaise with various teams and suppliers regarding purchase orders
- Conduct weekly input of culinary product data and invoices.
- Maintain weekly dashboard: purchasing variance + theoretical vs. actual costs.
- Run monthly reporting: pricing variance, purchasing summary, receipt cost variance.
- Weekly calls with Goods Receiving to resolve any price discrepancies.
- Manage central storage records, stock tracking and audit support.
- Strong Excel/data accuracy skills.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working with operational teams.
- Hospitality procurement or cost control experience (preferred).
