Our client is looking for a Temporary Data Transfer Administrator to join a busy People Operations Team, supporting a company-wide data migration project. If you're organised, tech-savvy, and enjoy detailed administrative work, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you'll be doing
- Transferring and organising company information between systems
- Recreating documents, layouts and content accurately
- Checking data for completeness, formatting and accuracy
- Supporting teams across the business with information migration
- Ensuring sensitive information is handled confidentially
- Following established processes and standards to maintain data quality
What we're looking for
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written English, spelling and grammar skills
- Comfortable working with different systems and technology
- A methodical approach and willingness to complete repetitive tasks accurately
- Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality when handling information
