Are you an organised and proactive property professional with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Temporary Property Manager to join our team and assist with valuations and property management services. This role offers a great opportunity to manage a varied workload, working efficiently to ensure all property valuations are completed within agreed SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and Manage Diary: Organise your own schedule to ensure all property valuations are carried out within the agreed time-scales.
- Tenant Communication: Contact tenants to arrange suitable appointment times for property visits, ensuring their cooperation and availability.
- Market Valuation: Provide accurate and competitive market valuations for properties as part of the Right to Buy process, ensuring offers are made in a timely manner.
- Identify Issues: Assess properties for any resident improvements or repair needs that may impact the property valuation, and highlight these to the relevant teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management, valuations, or a similar field.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise your own diary.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants and clients.
- Knowledge of the Right to Buy process and property valuation techniques is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to identify property issues and improvements that may influence market valuations.
