Contract: Full time – November Start
Salary: £110 - £125
Key responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons across year groups.
- Work closely with students to boost confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
- Deliver lessons, assess student progress, and take on a more advanced role in planning and teaching.
- Lead small group sessions and interventions to support academic progress.
- Provide tailored support for children with additional learning needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- A passion for supporting young learners in their academic and personal development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to education.
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training.
