We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team, supporting adults in supported housing across Bristol What You’ll Do - Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs in relation to housing - Build strong, trusting relationships with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies. - Encourage participation in social, educational, and employment opportunities. - Carry out risk assessments, maintain professional boundaries, and ensure safeguarding and safety compliance.
