Monday–Sunday, 8am–9pm REF: 106056  We’re looking for an experienced Support Worker to support customers who may have challenging behaviour linked to mental ill health and alcohol/substance misuse.  The role includes: ?? Supporting customers with their individual needs and support plans ?? Risk assessment and risk management ?? Building positive relationships and providing day-to-day support ?? Accurate record keeping and using computer systems ?? Working confidently on your own and as part of a team ?? Responding calmly and professionally to challenging situations We’re looking for someone who is: ? Resilient and adaptable ? A confident communicator ? Friendly, approachable and positive ? Comfortable working under pressure ? Flexible with working hours ? Experienced in support work or working with vulnerable adults ?? Basic/Enhanced DBS required, subject to the role. ?? Interested?
