Supply Chain Coordinator

Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join a busy and friendly team. This is a temp to perm opportunity, ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills looking for long-term stability.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am - 5:00pm
- 1-hour lunch break (37.5 hours per week)
Pay Rate
Responsibilities
- Taking customer orders via telephone and email
- Processing orders using Sage
- Booking transport with third-party haulage companies
- Answering incoming calls and supporting customer enquiries
- Preparing delivery notes for deliveries and collections
- Liaising with the operations team regarding production schedules
- Welcoming visitors to site and conducting inductions
- Handling customer queries and resolving any issues or complaints
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in customer service and administration
- Confident using systems such as Sage (or similar)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly approach when dealing with customers and visitors
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Own transport due to location
