Stall Assistant - Christmas Market
Location: Coventry, CV1 5ED
Shift: Monday - Friday 11:00 - 20:30
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Stall Assistants to represent premium beverage brands-Nidhoggr and Honey Thief-at Christmas markets across the UK. As a Stall Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, festive atmosphere, engaging with customers, and helping them discover high-quality bottled alcoholic products that make perfect gifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and engage visitors at the stall in a friendly and festive manner
- Promote the Nidhoggr and Honey Thief brands using upselling techniques to drive sales
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing stall throughout the day
- Follow all relevant health and safety and licensing regulations
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Provide samples of premium alcoholic products (aged 18+ only)
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older and comfortable with handling alcohol (due to the nature of the product)
- Friendly, confident, and approachable with excellent people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to scheduled shifts for the full duration of the event
- Ability to work in a busy outdoor environment and remain enthusiastic throughout the shift
