Are you a passionate and skilled Sous Chef looking for a new home? Here at Berkeley Scott we are recruiting for an exciting new role, a chance to work alongside a fantastic Executive chef in a growing company with clear room for progression.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards
- Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and meets health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist and support the Head chef where needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous chef role or higher
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Relevant culinary qualifications
- As part of our standard onboarding process, we are required by law to conduct a Right to Work (RTW) check to verify that all our employees are legally permitted to work in the UK.
