Social Worker - 0-25 CWD East Locality Team in Hertfordshire, Stevenage
This is a full time locum role on ongoing basis.
Duties will include:
C&f assessments
Short break assessments
Supporting families under CiN and CP.
Will be required to attend safeguarding multiagency meetings to include, information sharing meetings, strategy meetings, initial and review conferences
Work through the PLO and court proceedings, both children, private law and Dol.
Work closely with mental health and education partners to ensure a robust multi agency support for our children and young people. We are actively involved with the Dynamic support register to support those with ASD most at risk of detained under the mental health act.
Often involved with CETR's, CPA's, complex case panels and a wide range of multi-agency meetings.
Person Specification
QSW with minimum of 3yrs PQE Strong assessment skills Strong court experience
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-agencies
