We are excited to announce that we are partnering with Hammersmith & Fulham Council to find an exceptional Sheltered Service Manager to lead their sheltered housing services. Role: Sheltered Hosuing Service Manager Department: Neighbourhood Services Reports to: Head of Neighbourhood Services Direct Reports: 2 Area Team Managers Daily Rate: £400 Full time - Hybrid (3-4 Days on site) About the Role As a Sheltered Service Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and enhance the sheltered housing services for nearly 1,000 tenancies across 22 schemes. You will ensure that our residents, aged 60 and older, receive a safe, secure, and person-centred service, reducing loneliness and improving their quality of life. Person-Centred Service: Ensure residents are connected to support networks to reduce isolation. Property Management: Maintain safety and quality in properties and communal areas. Strategic Collaboration: Work with key partners to improve service delivery and resident satisfaction. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and ensure value for money.
