We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Main Car Dealer who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Finchley area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.  Benefits: - Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am-6.00pm - Salary: £28,600 basic with an OTE of £35,000 - Contract: Full Time, Permanent. - Family feel and friendly environment Requirements: - A working experience within a Service Advisor role - The ability to upsell on service work and service plans - Customer Focused and an excellent communicator - Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software Duties: - Providing a pro-active service to customers. - Scheduling in their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work. - Arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle. - Take ownership of customer queries and resolve any issues. - Invoicing work done and taking payments. - Working towards company targets and KPI’s. For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,600 basic with an OTE of £35,000.
