An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Structural Engineer with 5 - 9 years of post graduate experience to join an independent engineering and surveying consultancy. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will oversee the civil and structural engineering design across a diverse range of projects, including commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, and education developments. They will also consider Associate Structural Engineers and Principal Structural Engineers. You will be responsible for: * Effectively manage your workload to meet client needs and project deadlines. * Provide supervision and guidance to engineers and technicians as required. * Prepare precise reports and comprehensive project documentation. * Represent the company with confidence in meetings, maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants, and contractors. What we are looking for: * Previously worked as a Structural Engineer, Structural Design Engineer, Civil Engineer, Chartered Engineer or in a similar role. * Possess 5 - 9 years of post graduate experience. * Hold a BEng / MEng qualification. * Chartered or working towards chartership status through IStructE or ICE. * Background in design and structural analysis across various materials, including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry. * Skilled in relevant engineering design software. * Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
