Location: Shrewsbury (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
Manpower Engineering is recruiting a Senior Hydrogeologist on behalf of a confidential UK environmental and water consultancy.
This role offers the opportunity to deliver and manage complex hydrogeology, groundwater, water resources and flood risk projects within a respected, multidisciplinary consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hydrogeological and flood risk projects from inception to completion
- Manage multiple projects, including budgets, programmes and resources
- Prepare and review high?quality technical reports and assessments
- Undertake and supervise site investigations and monitoring programmes
- Support fee proposals and business development activities
- Provide technical advice to clients and regulators
- Mentor junior and mid?level team members
About You:
- Degree in Geology or related discipline (MSc in Hydrogeology desirable)
- Proven experience in hydrogeology, groundwater or water resources
- Strong project management and reporting skills
- Working knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Full UK driving licence
