Senior HR Manager - 18 month fixed term contract Richmond upon Thames - 2-3 days a week £50,000 - £60,000 plus bonus Are you a people-focused HR leader with a passion for coaching, culture, and strategic delivery? An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior HR Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team within an international financial services organisation. This is a fixed-term maternity cover role (18 months) where you’ll play a pivotal part in delivering the people strategy, driving performance and development initiatives, and supporting a small but high-performing HR team. Key areas of responsibility: - Acting as Deputy to the Head of HR and key contact for senior leadership on operational HR matters - Managing, mentoring, and coaching the HR team to deliver against key people objectives - Driving the learning and development agenda, including career planning, coaching, and technical training initiatives - Leading performance management and talent development processes - Supporting inclusion, culture, and CSR programmes - Playing a hands-on role in employee relations, change initiatives, and business project support What you’ll bring: - Strong experience in senior HR roles with previous experience of managing a small team - CIPD qualified - A hands-on, proactive leadership style with the ability to coach and influence - Solid knowledge of L&D, performance frameworks, and ER best practices - High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a collaborative mindset - Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders You’ll join an agile, international business that values HR as a core partner in its success. You’ll have the space to bring your ideas, shape a growing people function, and make a meaningful impact on employee experience and organisational culture. |  |  |  |
