The successful candidate will have strong experience with a wide range of HR products and services, to support outcomes aligned with the people and business strategy. - £40,000 - £45,000 - Hybrid Working - Based in the West of Scotland Duties and Responsibilities - Advise to Senior Business stakeholders, using insights and analytics to support the business and wider people strategy. - Oversight on employee relationships. - Advising on complex issues using HR knowledge. Skills and Experience Required - Stakeholder management- experience partnering with various business areas. - Ability to effectively manage complex issues. - Good all-round experience of HR systems, practices and policies. - Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally. |  |  |  |
