You’ll be a part of a well-established and highly respected specialist insurance broker, known for delivering market-leading products and exceptional service.  The Role As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you’ll play a crucial role in a successful commercial broking team, ensuring quality customer service and technical excellence. You’ll manage a portfolio of commercial clients, support the field sales team and lead a team of 2 other Account Handlers, providing guidance and mentorship. Other duties include: - Managing new business enquiries and client renewals and ensuring FCA compliance - Handling client queries regarding policy coverage and amendments - Develop and maintain relationships with key insurer markets - Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients - Contribute to the team’s revenue goals through retention and new business acquisition  Our Ideal Candidate As our ideal candidate, it goes without saying that you’ll be highly motivated, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering excellent client service. You’ll also be confident in handling complex commercial insurance policies, preferably with around 2 years’ experience in commercial account handling.
