Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and surrounding areas. You’ll provide tailored support to pupils who need extra help—working one-to-one, assisting small groups, and creating a calm, inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
Your Responsibilities
- Support pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
- Help children stay focused, confident, and engaged throughout the day
- Assist teachers with lessons, routines, and classroom activities
- Create a safe, positive space where every child can thrive
- Adapt to different schools, age groups, and individual needs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Confidence to work across different school settings
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
