Role Overview We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client`s site in Exeter You will ensure the safety and security of the employees, visitors, and client`s property on the estate, by maintaining a good corporate image and high standards of professionalism. Benefits * Wide range of retail discounts * Discounted gym membership * Join our Cycle to Work scheme * Access to "CHROMA", our internal colleague-led diversity and inclusion community - join a committee or take part in our events * Access to internal Mental Health First Aiders * Immediate access to "Opportunity" our internal Learning and Development platform * Required professional membership fees paid for * Win monthly Atalian Servest Superstar Awards Key Responsibilities: * Recording of vehicles to site - registration number and time of arrival/departure. * Monitor site CCTV and be fully conversant with the CCTV monitoring and recording system on-site and follow up on any alarms that may occur. * Check emails and respond as required. * Site door check and perimeter when production not running. * Completing regular site patrols and inspections of client`s premises in accordance with the assignment Instructions. * To show a professional security presence throughout the estate. * Greet visitors with excellent customer service while following security procedures. * Maintain an accurate record of the daily occurrence book, ensuring that all events are logged correctly. * To fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the company`s Health & Safety policy and Health & Safety Management plans.
