Recruitment Resourcer

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer for a prestigious client based in Birmingham. The role will be Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home and as an experienced Recruitment Resourcer you will be able to hit the ground running.
Duties will include, but not limited to;
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Searching for relevant CVs on available job boards
- Short listing candidates from adverts
- Writing and posting adverts
- In depth conversations with candidates about the vacancies and their experience, reasons for leaving etc
- Full onboarding of new recruits
- Answering the phones and taking messages
- Dealing with emails and queries
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience within a similar role
- Experience of working within recruitment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- The ability to dig deep and not be afraid to ask questions
This is a temporary position initially for 6 months with the possibility of leading permanent, working 37 hours a week Monday - Friday paying £13.51 per hour with an immediate start.
