- Pertemps Social Care is looking for graduates who would like to make a career in recruitment. - Based in Warrington, we are looking to expand our team placing permanent social workers UK-wide. - We are now looking for our next star performers who want to make their mark in the recruitment industry This role is entry level and we will give you all the tools you need to be successful in the industry. You will be involved in: - Sourcing candidates - Ensuring we have a leading social media presence - Submitting candidates to roles nationwide - Ensuring our candidates are safeguarded for each role. You will be trained in all the aspects of a successful career in recruitment. This grounding will give you a great opportunity to develop into a giving you the opportunity to learn the best ways to become a top performer. The ideal person will be: - A recent graduate with some work experience in a customer service or sales. - Someone who is confident on the phone.
