As a Recruitment Consultant in our clients Educator division, you’ll join a team driven by one purpose: delivering better education experiences for pupils across the UK. What you’ll do: - Build strong relationships with schools and educators - Recruit, place, and support quality teaching staff - Grow your portfolio of clients and maximise opportunities - Deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and service What we’re looking for: - A natural people-person with strong communication skills - Sales Driven, resilience, and ambition to succeed - A passion for education (experience in education or sales is a bonus, not a must!) - Organised, adaptable, and ready to learn Why join us? - Fast paced career progression (Consultant ?
