An established main contractor with over 50 years of trading history. They employ approximately 280 people and turn over around £100 million annually. Their current focus is on commercial, industrial and life sciences new build projects, primarily across London. Project values typically range between £5 million and £15 million, with larger schemes also forming part of their portfolio. THE JOB – QUANTITY SURVEYOR (LONDON) - Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm - The Quantity Surveyor will be split between office and site, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial. - You will be managing multiple projects at one time across London. Projects valued at £15 million and above will typically have two QS professionals assigned, while projects under £15 million are usually managed by one QS. - You will be responsible for commercial management from procurement through to final account, handling subcontractor packages, cost reporting and client valuations. - This role offers exposure to multiple schemes simultaneously and would suit someone comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. THE CANDIDATE: - ·Open to various experience levels - Experience working on commercial/industrial projects preferred - Strong commercial awareness - New build experience desirable - Comfortable working site and office based (no hybrid working) Salary & Package - From £50,000+ (depending on experience) - Salary negotiable (London banding higher than Bristol) - Travel expenses covered - 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays - Standard pension scheme - Strong pipeline of London-based projects |  |  |  |
