An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Property Manager to join a well-established estate agency. This role offers a salary range of ?26,000 - ?30,000, hybrid working options and benefits. As a Lettings Property Manager, you will be coordinating with approved contractors to arrange inspections, quotes, or repairs. You will be responsible for: * Handling maintenance enquiries from tenants via phone and email. * Keeping landlords informed with timely refreshs on ongoing issues. * Logging detailed records of communications and actions on the internal system. * Maintaining close communication with local lettings branches and internal teams. What we are looking for: * Previously worked as a Lettings Property Manager, Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Portfolio Manger, Block Manager, Tenancy Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, Senior Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role. * Experience in residential lettings or property management. * Skilled in using MS Office and general IT systems. * A proactive and solution-focused mindset. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
