An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Manager with 2 years experience to join a well-established property management company. This role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of ?45,000 - ?60,000. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee property operations, financial performance, lease management, and tenant relations to ensure compliance, maintenance, and profitability. You will be responsible for: * Oversee property operations, maintenance, and compliance. * Manage tenant relationships, lease negotiations, and renewals. * Handle budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting. * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance. * Implement risk management and cost-control measures. What we are looking for: * Previously worked as a Commercial Property Manager, Property Manager, Estate Manager, Portfolio Manager, or in a similar role. * At least 2 years experience in commercial property management. * Excellent financial acumen and reporting skills. * Knowledge of commercial lease agreements and tenant relations.
