Property litigation solicitor - Senior Associate level - Manchester
A highly regarded, Legal500 recognised property litigation team is seeking a motivated and commercially astute solicitor to join its thriving practice based out of their Manchester office. This is a rare opportunity to work within a specialist department known for its strategic support to business clients across a range of sectors.
The role will involve managing a diverse caseload of real estate disputes, acting for a broad client base including developers, landlords, tenants, banks etc. Matters will include:
• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Lease renewals, dilapidations, and rent arrears
• Boundary and rights of way disputes
• Property-related professional negligence
• Possession proceedings and forfeiture
• Advising on the Electronic Communications Code and telecoms disputes
This is a senior associate level role, and as such you will need to:
• Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 6+ years’ PQE in property litigation / real estate disputes
• Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant law, land disputes, and court procedures
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
• A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
