A well-established and growing manufacturing business is looking to add a Production Operator to the team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative manufacturer supplying high-quality products to a range of industries, with a strong focus on quality, training and employee development.
The Role
As a Production Operator, you will be involved in the assembly and build of electronic products and equipment, ensuring work is completed to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assembly of wiring looms, harnesses and electrical components
- Following technical drawings and work instructions
- Conducting quality inspections throughout the build process
- Using hand tools and assembly equipment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience with wiring, loom building, harness assembly or electrical assembly would be advantageous
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity and practical skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
