Shifts: Days (Early Starts)
Monday to Friday
05:00 - 14:00 or 06:00 - 15:00 shifts
32-48 hours per week
Overtime and weekend work available
Pay:£13 per hour Competitive + Overtime Available
The Opportunity
We're currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast-growing manufacturing business supplying precast concrete products to major construction projects across the UK and Ireland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with immediate starts available, full training provided, and real opportunities for progression.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing moulds and assisting with pouring concrete
Producing high-quality products in line with daily targets
Working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Following all health & safety procedures
Supporting general production duties as required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, labouring, or similar
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Flexible to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
Good understanding of English (spoken & written)
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
Experience using hand or power tools
Ability to read drawings
Forklift / crane licences
Any construction-related certifications (CSR, First Aid, etc.)
