Join one of the world's leading manufacturers at our Northampton site. We are looking for motivated Production Operatives to support our busy low-care factory team.
Key Duties
- Handling wet ingredients in a production environment
Performing end-of-shift washdowns to maintain hygiene standards.
Working efficiently within an ambient temperature setting.
Supporting production and warehouse operations as required.
Operating a forklift if licensed (Counterbalance FLT licence preferred but not essential).
Shift Details
- Rotating Shifts (Monday-Friday)
06:00-14:00
14:00-22:00
Shift allowance applies for rotating shifts.
Night Shift (Sunday-Thursday)
22:00-06:00
Breaks: 30-minute lunch and a team break
Hours: 40-hour working weekAdditional Information
- Temp to Perm
- Full induction and training provided onsite on your first day.
- All PPE will be supplied (you may wear your own safety boots).
- Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) parity from day one.
