You will be delivering small group interventions and working on a 1-2-1 basis, focusing on literacy and numeracy skills. As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be supporting in lessons, monitoring pupil progress and encouraging engagement in lessons. This position is ideal for a graduate who is considering a career in teaching and looking to gain some hands on experience. A strong academic background is essential as all as excellent communication skills, commitment to making a difference and the ability to inspire a love for learning. Previous experience working with young learners is desirable but not essential.
