Job Title: Painter (Temporary Contract) Location: The Refinery, Leeds Start Date: 26th August 2025 End Date: 6th September 2025 Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm Pay Rate: £12.22 per hour Role Overview We are looking for a Painter to carry out painting and decorating work at a student accommodation site in Leeds. This is a temporary contract, ideal for someone with experience in maintaining high standards of finish within residential or commercial environments. Duties will include: - Preparing and painting surfaces to a high standard - Carrying out touch-ups and full repaints where required - Ensuring work areas are kept tidy and safe - Working to agreed deadlines to complete all tasks within the contract period Requirements: - Previous painting/decorating experience (commercial or residential) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and pride in workmanship - Own tools desirable but not essential ?
