What You’ll Do:
- Provide top-notch care and early education to children aged 3 months to 4 years
- Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive growth in a nurturing environment
- Build strong relationships with parents to ensure each child’s needs are met
- Work as part of a team to create a stimulating, positive atmosphere
- Keep accurate records to track children’s progress
What You Need:
- A relevant qualification in early years education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or similar early years setting
- A genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A solid understanding of safeguarding
