We are hiring for a nights traffic operator to join our busy transport team in Crick!   This is a great ongoing opportunity with a global supply chain.  Responsibilities - Mixture of planning and manifesting/dispatching drivers - Adherence to site policies and procedures - Provide operational updates to operations manager on a regular basis. - Provide exceptional services and ensure customer satisfaction by supporting overall performance - Helping to resolve issues and disputes.  The main skills we are looking for are:  - Attention to detail  - Time management  - Use of MS Office   - Great team player  - Confident working alone - Good communication skills  - Transport knowledge desirable   This is for our busy client in Crick, you will be a vital part of the transport office team, dealing with drivers as well as the customer and your colleagues.   You will need a keen eye for detail, Aswell as strong communication skills as this can be an admin heavy role.  Previous transport planning or transport admin experience is preferable but not essential.   Full training is provided.    Shift Details:   Monday to Friday  21:00-07:00  Pay rate TBC What we offer:   Paid holiday days Safe onsite Parking  Full canteen facilities  24 hour contact lines     Â |  |  |  |
