We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Electrical Tester to join a growing team, carrying out testing, inspection, and maintenance works across sites in and around the Hampshire or Kent areas.
This is a permanent position suited to a qualified electrician who is confident working independently on commercial and industrial sites.
Role Overview:
Working from electrical drawings and schematics
Testing and inspecting electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance
Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
Installation, maintenance, and assembly of electrical equipment
Completing digital reports and electrical certification
Attending sites for both reactive call-outs and planned maintenance
Experience & Qualifications Required:
Proven experience in electrical testing, maintenance, and installation
A time-served apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (or equivalent)
Experience working on commercial and industrial LV systems
Technically proficient / IT literate
Working Expectations:
Comfortable working independently on site
Able to manage workload across multiple location
Flexible and responsive to reactive fault-finding requirements
Full UK driving licence preferred (due to mobile nature of role)
