Reporting to the Head of Marketing
We’re looking for a creative, organised, and ambitious Marketing & Communications Executive to join the team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is eager to make an impact across events, digital platforms, and community engagement.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives.

Working closely with Events, Hospitality, and Tenants to promote activities across the estate.

Managing third-party suppliers and contractors to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Assisting with budgeting and reviewing marketing spend.
-
Developing and refining an engaging social media strategy that connects with diverse audiences.

Building strong relationships with local media and journalists to boost visibility.

Keeping the website fresh and up to date with relevant content.
What we’re looking for:

Experience in creating and delivering successful marketing campaigns.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills — you’re confident connecting with people at all levels.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
