Location: Paisley
Shifts: Rotational - Early, Back & Night shifts (must be flexible to rotate weekly)
Early: Mon-Fri 6:00AM-2:00PM
Back: Mon-Fri 2:00PM-10:00PM
Night: Sun-Fri 10:00PM-6:00AM
Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour + 25% shift allowance
ManpowerGroup is recruiting on behalf of a reputable manufacturing client for Manufacturing Operators to join their established production team in Paisley.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with weekly pay, access to training and development, and participation in employee reward schemes.
Important: This role operates on a rotational shift pattern across Early, Back and Night shifts. Candidates must be fully flexible and able to rotate between all three shift patterns.
What You'll Do
Assemble medical tubing and connectors
Follow clear written instructions and technical drawings
Inspect products to ensure high quality standards
Complete basic production paperwork accurately
Work as part of a team within a cleanroom environment
Follow strict safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
What We're Looking For
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Basic maths skills
Reliable with excellent attendance
Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Work Environment
Clean, warm manufacturing setting
PPE provided (gloves, hair/beard net, safety glasses)
Standing for most of the shift
Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
