A welcoming nursery school in Harrow is looking to appoint two committed Early Years Practitioners to join their friendly team from January 2026. Due to recent staff turnover, the setting is seeking individuals who bring energy, reliability, and a genuine passion for early childhood development. The nursery offers in-house training, ongoing support, and a positive team culture that values professional growth.
What We're Looking For

A full Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare

Experience within Nursery or Reception settings

A nurturing, enthusiastic attitude and passion for supporting early development

Ability to plan and deliver stimulating, developmentally appropriate activities

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Key Responsibilities

Deliver and support high-quality EYFS learning experiences

Assist with planning, observations, and assessments

Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children

Work collaboratively with colleagues to support every child's progress

Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the setting
Interview Process
Candidates will be invited to take part in a two-stage process:

Child Interaction Session (30-40 minutes) - engaging a child in a simple activity.

Formal Interview - a conversation with the Nursery Manager and Nursery Director.
