Job Title: Trainee Negotiator Location: Coventry Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum + Commission About the Role: My client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team as a Trainee Negotiator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in the property sector. You’ll be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting clients with property sales, purchases, and lettings. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Conducting property viewings and liaising with potential buyers and tenants. - Providing excellent customer service and professional advice to clients. - Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. - Keeping up-to-date with the local property market and trends. Requirements: - A passion for property and an eagerness to learn. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Confidence and a proactive attitude. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).
