We are looking for a motivated and organised Lettings Manager to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company currently managing around 500 rooms, with strong plans for further growth. This is a varied role combining office-based responsibilities with time spent out at properties conducting viewings. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Salary: Around £28,000 + commission Key Responsibilities - Managing relationships with multiple landlords - Handling incoming enquiries from prospective tenants - Booking and conducting property viewings - Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the lettings portfolio - Delivering excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants Requirements - Minimum 1 year of lettings experience - Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (car allowance provided) - Strong communication and organisational skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment - Proactive and professional approach What We Offer - Competitive salary of around £28,000 - Commission opportunities - Car allowance - 28 days holiday including bank holidays - A growing company with real progression potential If you’re looking to take the next step in your lettings career and want to be part of an ambitious and expanding business, we’d love to hear from you.
