Lettings Negotiator Location: Central Bristol Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm We are currently seeking an experienced and career-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our clients dynamic team based in a stylish, modern office in Central Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people find their ideal home. Main Duties " Conducting property viewings and following up with applicants " Liaising with landlords and tenants to match applicants to suitable properties " Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants " Advising tenants and landlords on rental values, current market conditions, and legal requirements " Coordinating the letting process from start to finish, including referencing and tenancy agreements " Ensuring properties meet compliance standards and are presented to a high standard " Managing applicant databases and updating CRM systems " Handling general enquiries in person, via phone, and email in a professional and timely manner Essential Skills and Experience: " Minimum 2 years' experience in a competitive, customer-facing role " Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal " Target-driven with a customer-first approach " Passionate about property and lettings " Good understanding of relevant lettings regulations and procedures " Proactive, well-organised, and able to prioritise effectively " Knowledge of Bristol and surrounding areas (or living within 5 miles) " Full, clean UK driving licence Benefits: " Annual company holiday with the team " 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays " Work from a brand-new office featuring a private bar and a beautiful garden space " Join a supportive, close-knit team that values initiative and growth Ready to take the next step in your lettings career?
