We are looking for an experienced and organised Kitchen Manager to join the team at a well established Italian wine bar in Northallerton. As Kitchen Manager you will take full responsibility for the day to day running of the kitchen operation, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency and hygiene are maintained at all times. The Kitchen Manager will oversee a small team of 3 to 4, managing stock control, orders, deliveries and wastage in line with company procedures.
As Kitchen Manager you will be proactive, reliable and operationally strong, with a solid understanding of food safety legislation and HACCP requirements. The ideal Kitchen Manager will be a natural leader who can motivate and support their team through busy service periods while maintaining consistency and efficiency throughout. The Kitchen Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of all kitchen operations, communicating any relevant issues ahead of service and ensuring all procedures and menu specifications are followed at all times.
