Junior Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Berkshire

My client is looking for a talented junior solicitor to join their highly respected clinical negligence team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in claimant clinical negligence work who is ready to develop their skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
You’ll work closely with senior solicitors on a varied caseload, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of clinical negligence claims—from initial enquiries and investigations to settlement negotiations and litigation
The role will involve:
- Assisting senior team members with the management of clinical negligence files
- Conducting legal research, drafting correspondence, witness statements, and court documents
- Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and other stakeholders
- Reviewing medical records and preparing chronologies
- Supporting the team with case preparation for conferences, mediations, and hearings
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
- A qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) with experience or a strong interest in clinical negligence
- A confident communicator with excellent client-care skills
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Motivated to build a long-term career in claimant clinical negligence work
Experience in personal injury or healthcare-related litigation is desirable but not essential
