Internal Sales Executive Salary £27k + Uncapped commission Hours - Mon–Thu 9am–5pm | Fri 9am–early finish at 3pm! Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and building lasting customer relationships? Join our energetic internal sales team and play a key role in driving business growth while developing your own career. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing a portfolio of around 250 active customers, keeping in regular contact to strengthen relationships and grow revenue. Identifying and developing new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. Upselling and cross-selling across our full product range to maximise account potential. Generating and issuing quotes via our CRM, ensuring all customer records are accurate and up to date. Responding promptly to telephone and web enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads and onboard new customers. Reconnecting with lapsed clients to win back business. Preparing reports and updates for our monthly sales meetings. Participating in regular product training sessions with our suppliers and in-house team. What We’re Looking For A driven, motivated individual who enjoys hitting targets and seeing results. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management preferred — but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are just as important.
